Recovery Specialist

Location:Wagholi - Pune (Field)

Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact debtors through phone calls, emails, most of directly visits to negotiate payment plans.
2. Investigate debtor's financial situation and assets.
3. Develop strategies to recover debts while adhering to regulatory guidelines. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment agreements. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal or customer service.

Skills and Qualities:

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 2. Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.(we are not giving any stress but some times..) 3. Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations. 4. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Perseverance and persistence in recovering debts.

2. Business Development Executive

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–3 Years

Proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.

3. Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote

Experience: 3–5 Years

Skilled in front-end and back-end development. Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and databases.
